Firstly would be the famous couple, Haruhi and Tamaki from Ouran Highschool(Koukou) Host Club. Tamaki's pretty bazzaire at times, but it's kindof hard not to admit that that's his selling point. Coupled with the ridiculously down-to-earth Haruhi, who constantly weights him back down from his dream land with her casual remarks, omg, they're a hit! Haha.
Allen and
Lenalee from
D.gray-man with this brotherly-sisterly love. Yet they just exhibit this extraordinary care for one another that it makes it hard to believe when they continuously claim to just be in the state of sibling love...plus, Lenalee's been shown to exhibit jealousy towards Allen's action at times!!
From
Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle. There is this other Tragic yet trademark couple,
Syaoran and
Sakura. This one is complicated enough ~.~ their struggle for one another makes it kindof heartbreaking to watch at times
Then there's another couple from
Special A that i simply adore.
Megumi and
Yahiro!! The way they developed is soooo sweet, yet it doesn't seem rushed as well. Especially of the fact that Yahiro played a heavy role of the anti-hero in the entire series and Megumi is on the other hand, the good-gentle girl most of the time. But it still appals me, of how her sweet voice can have this nuclear bomb effect on her song listeners all the time :X
And with Special A, how can you forget Tadashi and Akira with their seemingly S.M relationship. The continuous acts of violence displayed towards Tadashi is damn funny lah! And what's better is how he gets "withdrawal syndromes" when Akira doesn't whack him or throw something at him while she's feeling down.
Oooo...Tragic couple from
Gundam Seed Destiny this time.
Shinn and
Stellar were an example of a couple displaying mutual affections, but any audience of the series would understand that a relationship between them would be impossible. Firstly would be because, they are enemies on the battlefield, and not to mention the fact that Stellar is a human-weapon, made to fight, so she can't live unless she fights to earn herself a sort of medicine from the military to keep herself alive. ): and she obviously died in the midst of the series, with Shinn furiously seeking Kira for revenge due to the fact that Kira killed Stellar while she was in the state of rampage...
Pandora Hearts' Oz and
Alice. Prominant pair, i wouldn't have mind a Oz x Sharon pair too. But apparently....Oz's interest in Sharon at first was just a passing crush because of his flirteous personality.
Ryuuji and
Taiga in
Toradora! It's an awesome series, but i don't know why it didn't make it into my top favourites. It's probably because of Ryuuji's unappealing appearance :X none the less, they make an awesome pair. Haha! Delinquent and Palm top tiger!!
Yuji and
Shana from
Shakugan no Shana. The pair which developed some form of love because of the number of battles they've been through together. And it annoyed me so much because Yuji took so long to reciprocate Shana's feelings just because he was confused by the presense of Kazumi >:(
Kyoko and
Ren from
Skipbeat! Used to love them, but the interest kindof died down because...their relationship is kindof by shallow up till where the anime showed. Kindof sad...
Lastly,
Tomoya and
Nagisa from
Clannad. Epic yeah, they had this tragic relationship and wedding, but a little miracle turned the tables. I didn't understand the last part of the series afterall, but it's still undeniable that Ushio(their daughter) is such a sweetheart!!
