Met Chelsea to go to school in the noon to collect our econs notes. While having lunch after, we came upon a relatively unpleasant topic which was about my school life during April to June.
It was really painful i guess, the feeling of being backstabbed, betrayed and the sudden loss of everyone's trust in the way u really are. At that point, i felt like everyone has had their eyes set upon me as the outcast within class, eyeing on the possible wrong doings i will make just to prove the point about what some others have spoken about me. I'd dare say, i didn't exactly have my fair share of joy in JC life, and i've slowly grown skeptical of all those around me, of whether i should or shouldn't trust them. It's also then i realize, that secrets are meant to be kept as secrets. I almost cried thinking about it alright, but thankfully, school life changed for the better in the later part of the year.
What would i have done without them (Victoria, Chelsea and Julaiha), i wondered, even till now, the thought scares me. That's the trauma left behind i guess. 'Cause i've never been treated that way, neither has anyone truly turn their backs against me and turned a place that seemed like heaven to hell for me. The pain can never be erased, but at the same time, they have also proved to me that time can uncover a person's true personality other wise. I've gotten the chance to join them and even converse with them, and they've gotten the time to slowly understand the me which the class failed to see, and i've since gotten my own JC clique. The time was short, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Through this, i've learnt a couple of things, like how through time, certain things can be proved other wise. Thinking about all these had me guilty-founded, how many times have i negleted the chances i could've given to people to clear up misunderstandings and prove themselves? How many times have i done things irregardless of the person's feelings? That i may not know, but i guess i have slowly grown up and out of this...
