Received the school posting results today. At least for mine, the results are pretty obvious but still, the anticipation is still there. Probably came from the pressure coming from the peers around me. Some, i was worried that they wouldn't be able to get into the school they want, and others is just me worrying that i'll end up in the same place as they are. LOL! But honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal though i wonder what's with the 5 missed calls and 9 unread messages this morning. Duhhs.
I must say, i missed schooling. But more of schooling in Unity. Not being able to enter the same school as Besties brought much regrets to me, and brought quite a number of pleasant memories of our school times together as well. Perhaps i should really be happy for them for they might be able to experience the same simple bliss of having eachother's company for at least 2 more years as compared to me, where i really have to start adapting to the new environment with some of the new and not so new people that are around me. That might not be a bad thing, i can live with this white lie (or not) for now. I miss the laughters after school, i really do.
Then there's Shiyun who entered the same school as them, wonder if they'll end up with the same combinations. *ponders*
Never the less, today was a great day. Went to take neoprints with Besties before they came over to my house to 拜年. After talking abt the old popular korean soap opera "宫" , headed for Opa's house. Watched them play "Call of Duty" on PS3with some humour added in by our cute Haru, then watched Haru play "persona 3" (hope didn't get e name wrong), on the ancient PS2. Explains why she's so lazy to head out all the time. I mean, with all the entertainment...enough to glue her at home for the whole holiday. LOL!
But, persona 3 is really sad, i still feel so sad nw after hearing about the story. Let's relate this back to "Romeo and Juliet"....i find R&J much more blissful. At least they died together. Unlike in Persona 3 where the main character sacrifices himself to die towards the end and didn't even get to talk to his girlfriend for even the last time. )): I find life and death seperation really cruel. Hearing about the details aches me more, even though it's just a game. This was enough to get Weimin* (previous name spelling error) laughing at me for the whole night when we were talking on msn. BOO!
Anyway, thanks to Opa's mom for the KFC treat....it was sumptious and a little too much as well but....it was blissful as well. Really counts for the first chinese new year visit with my friends in all my seventeen years of living. Don't laugh! Please ahh....don't bear me empty promises. Jio me out in future as well, and don't use 'busy' as an excuse kayy. 'Cause honestly, no friendship is worth less than a cert. ((:
